Store Policy

1. Purchased goods can be exchanged or returned within 2 weeks of the purchase date only in their original condition and with proof of purchase/receipt. Refunds are issued only as vouchers; no cash refunds. Books and magazines are excluded from exchange and will not be accepted for return.

 

2. Defective goods can be exchanged or returned within 1 week of the purchase date only with proof of purchase/receipt. Later claims cannot be considered. Damage caused by misuse or abuse is excluded from exchange.

 

3. Reserved goods must be picked up within 3 weeks. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.

 

4. Participation in courses/workshops/Saturday Lounge/private lessons and consultations requires registration and can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full amount is due and will be invoiced.

 

5. Books and booklets from Ain's Library can be consulted in the store by appointment (fees for consultation/copying according to the price list).

 

6. Fees for consultations during store opening hours are according to the price list.
